Andrew Maloney studied law at Notre Dame University in Fremantle, graduating in 2005. He also holds an arts degree awarded by Edith Cowan University with a double major in history and Australian government and politics. He was first admitted to the legal profession in NSW in 2006 and then Western Australia in 2007. He has practiced law as both a barrister and solicitor and has advised clients on a wide range of legal matters, from criminal law to family law. He has appeared as trial counsel on numerous occasions in the courts of both NSW and WA.
